Chicken pieces in a light mousse, flavoured with mango, rum and
ginger

Grilled fillet with red onion, served with a cooked mixed pepper

Potato and butter bean pattie topped with pesto

Tonight’s vegetables are sautéed new potatoes, honey
roast beetroot, and courgette barrels
Cod with tarragon cream
Lightly poached fillet with tarragon-flavoured cream
Roast duck
½ roast duck, served with a damson sauce
Mixed squash
Lightly roasted squashes, served on buttered couscous

Served with your choice of cream or crème fraiche

Combination of summer fruits inside a fruit syrup-soaked bread casing
