Starters

Caribbean Mousse

Chicken pieces in a light mousse, flavoured with mango, rum and ginger

Mackerel kebab

Grilled fillet with red onion, served with a cooked mixed pepper salad

Italian vegetable pattie

Potato and butter bean pattie topped with pesto

Main Courses

Tonight’s vegetables are sautéed new potatoes, honey roast beetroot, and courgette barrels

Cod with tarragon cream

Lightly poached fillet with tarragon-flavoured cream

Roast duck

½ roast duck, served with a damson sauce

Mixed squash

Lightly roasted squashes, served on buttered couscous

Desserts

Served with your choice of cream or crème fraiche

Summer pudding

Combination of summer fruits inside a fruit syrup-soaked bread casing

Walnut apricot pie

Apricot halves in a walnut pastry

Raspberry and chocolate sponge

Contrasting flavours in a rich but light sponge
